Join us to taste through an incredible selection of domestically produced meats from prosciutto to paté and wash each down with a perfectly paired beer. Learn all about why we cure instead of cook, who is producing quality products around the US, and how to incorporate these great products into your everyday life. ** Register for classes on Eventbrite or save the fee and call Aperitivo at 616.259.7045 We cannot accept walk-ins at the time of class. Must be 21 years of age. Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot make substitutions at class time. Feel free to join us at the bar prior to class for food and drink!  If we should need to cancel our class, we will reach out to you as an attendee to offer a rescheduled class.
