Dinner with the Chocolatier @ Reserve, Perennial Chocolate & Luke VerHulst
Explore fine chocolates by Holland, Michigan-based Perennial Chocolate. These chocolates are micro-batchcrafted in Pure Michigan with globally-sourced premium cacao beans, Michigan milk, and beet sugar --- and they pair wonderfully with our wines. Chef Luke will incorporate chocolate into each of his 5 courses. Reception starts at 6:30pm. Dinner is served at 7:15. Seating is limited to 30.
