Come learn about the history and methods behind tinning fish, taste a wide variety of our offerings, and be amazed at the health benefits of adding this to your diet! Do all of this while enjoying several wonderfully paired wines. Sounds like the perfect night out to us! ** Register for classes on Eventbrite or save the fee and call Aperitivo at 616.259.7045We cannot accept walk-ins at the time of class. Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot make substitutions at class time.Feel free to join us at the bar prior to class for food and drink!  If we should need to cancel our class, we will reach out to you as an attendee to offer a rescheduled class.
